How to Use Whitmire Micro- Gen Crack and Crevice Injection System: Use PT ORTHENE with the supplied actuator and injection tubes or other Whitmire Micro-Gen equipment. Inject PT ORTHENE into cracks and crevices or void spaces where insects may be harboring, living and breeding. Place injector tip into cracks, crevices, holes and other small openings. Release approximately one-second of product. For light infestations move injector tip along cracks while treating at the rate of linear feet per second. For heavy infestations move injector tip along at one linear foot per second. For closed voids calculate the void's cubic area and treat at the rate of five to ten seconds per three cubic feet. Several holes may be required in long - running voids.

INDOOR TREATMENT

FOR USE IN: hospitals, hotels, food storage Areas, food processing plants, motels, meat packing plants (inedible product areas), meat and poultry plants, nursing homes, restaurants and other food handling establishments, supermarkets, transportations equipment ( buses, ships and train), warehouses and other commerical and industrial buildings.

CRAWLING INSECTS- cockroaches, dermestides, spider, earwigs, crickets, sowbugs, millipedes, centipedes: Inject with the prescribed dosage into cracks and crevices and void spaces where insects may be harboring. These may include, but are not limited to, openings around pipes and sinks, under refrigerators, behind baseboards, washing machines, stoves, cabinets, sewer, floor drains and meter boxes.

BOOKLICE and SILVERFISH: inject into cracks and crevices associated with baseboards, door frames, bookcases and other harborage sites.

ANTS: inject cracks, crevices and voids where ants may be traveling and/ or harboring, including, but not limited to, around doors, window frames, wall voids and other structural cracks and crevices.

CARPENTER ANTS: Locate source of infestation. Inject 5-10 seconds of product into insect tunnels and cavities. Treat trails, points of entry or exits from voids such as around doors and windows.

FOR ACTIVE AND HIBERNATING STAGES OF BOXELDER BUGS, ELMLEAF BEETLES, CLUSTER FLIES AND CLOVER MITES: inject cracks and cervices and/ or voids where these insects may be harboring or hibernating. Infested areas include, but are not limited to, cracks and crevices, behind siding, wall voids, around window and door frames.

FOR EXPOSED ADULT AND LARVAL STAGES OF GRAIN WEEVILS, FLOUR BEETLES, CHOCOLATE MOTH, DRUGSTORE BEETLES, TROGODERMAS: inject into cracks and crevices and/ or voids where these insects may be harboring. Infested areas include, but are not limited to, cracks and crevices in cabinets, pantries, wall voids and in machinery.

OUTDOOR TREATMENT:

FOR USE OUTDOORS AROUND: apartments, homes, hospitals, hotels, food storage areas, food processing plants, motels, nursing homes, restaurants and other food handling establishments, supermarkets, transportation equipment (buses, boats, ships, and trains), warehouses and other commercial and industrial buildings.

CARPENTER ANTS: locate source of infestation. Inject 5-10 seconds of product into insect tunnels and cavities. Treat trails, points of entry or exits form voids such as around doors and windows. Treatment of trails on tree trunks or fences is permitted.

FOR ACTIVE AND HIBERNATING STAGES OF BOXELDER BUGS, ELMLEAF BEETLES, CLUSTER FLIES AND CLOVER MITES: inject cracks and crevices and/ or voids where these insects may be harboring or hibernating. Infested areas include, but are not limited to, cracks and crevices, behind siding, wall voids, around window and door frames.

PERIMETER TREATMENT: for crawling insects, apply PT ORTHENE to cracks and crevices where insects may enter premises. Areas to be treated include, but are not limited to, weep holes, under siding, wall voids, soffits, around attic vents, cracks and crevices openings around windows, doors and pipes. Treatment of infested fences and tree holes in ornamental trees is permitted.
