Amdro Pro Fire Ant Bait - 25lb. bag

Amdro Fire Ant Bait contains Hydramethylnon, a metabolic inhibitor that is highly effective in controlling fire ant populations and colonies. The product has a slow-acting formulation that is attractive in attracting and decimating fire ants. The product's active ingredient gives worker ants enough time to transfer the bait to the colony food stores. I am a professional exterminator. I don’t know about other companies but my company uses Amdro pro fire ant bait for professional treatment. This bait is approved by USDA-APHIS for quarantine treatment for certification of nursery stock. It works really well on fire ants. It gets the job done effectively. It kills the queen and the workers too. So the colony disappears eventually. We are very satisfied with its ability.

This product provided the best and the most satisfactory result with regards to getting rid of fire ants. Amdro Pro Fire Ant Bait proved its effectiveness when I used it against fire ants in my lawn. It did not take more than one week to start seeing dramatic results. I'm more than satisfied!

I am a humble janitor in a prestigious school. Every morning I clean the school grounds. It’s just a simple task but what slows me down is the presence of these fire ants. I have used the insecticide provided by the school but it wasn’t effective and even the students were complaining about the ants. Then I tried Amdro Pro Fire Ant Bait as recommended by a friend. Indeed, it was completely effective.

There’s a colony of fire ants living in my lawn and my children kept complaining about them because they usually get bit when they are playing outside. Thankfully, the bites were not severe. As I was searching the net for products to get rid of the ants, I found Amdro Pro Fire Ant Bait. I started using it after the young lady at Pest Mall explained how and when to thoroughly attack fire ants and I was amazed at how effective it was. Thank you.

I’ve used Amdro for over 3 years now. It has always maintained its effectiveness and it destroys ant colonies like magic. Fire ants always make a comeback so I’m always waiting and ready. I apply this when ants are most active. To treat ant mounds I put Amdro baits around the mound. Worker ants carry AMDRO Pro into their mound as food for the colony and also feed it to the queen ant. Once AMDRO enters the ant’s body the poison starts killing them immediately. After few days I only see dead ants here and there.

Amdro Pro fire ant bait really takes down the entire colony. I’m a security guard and even though no one at work cares about whether or not there are fire ants around, I do! I’m the guy who stays outside with them and I got bitten so many times that I lost count. I decided to take the matter in hand myself and order 1 of these baits. To my surprise, it worked! I showed this to my boss, and he actually compensated me for the purchase + gave me some extra cash as a thank you for having cleared the place from the fire ants, as some customers have been complaining about it! Thanks Pestmall!

I live in the mountains so basically there are millions of fire ants around. I am allergic to their bite and so is my pet puppy. I came across AMDRO Pro fire ant bait while surfing the internet to look for ant killing products. I doubtfully purchased it and used three capfuls of it around their mound. The next morning when I went outside my house I saw that there were only a dozen or so fire ants left!!!! I was very shocked and then I surrounded the mound with another capful of AMDRO Pro fire ant bait. I still haven’t seen any more fire ants around the mound or my house. I can assure you that it will most certainly work.

Once fire ants detect the smell of Amdro Pro they’re on it like peanut on butter. Once they find the bait they carry it back to their mound and then die spreading the poison throughout the colony.

The queen fire ant can lay about 2,000 eggs a day. So to destroy the colony it is necessary to kill the queen fire ant and AMDRO Pro fire ant bait does exactly that. It uses an ingredient which gives the worker ants just enough time to get the bait to the queen and when the queen eats it she dies. And you get rid of those ants. I used it around the house and I also put some in my garage where the slab was cracked and they found an opening. The results were 100% in less than a week. All ants vanished and never reappeared.

I have worked as an assistant of a professional exterminator. And every time, he uses Amdro Pro Fire Ant Bait when there is fire ant infestation. I have seen its effect. So when I found a population of fire ants in my lawn, I didn’t hesitate to use this product. And of course, its result was great!

In NewMexico as the fire ant mounds aren’t that easy detect. We just see small entrances in the ground. Bait like AMDRO works great. Fire ants spot the AMDRO bait and love it. So they take it into the mound themselves and when they eat the bait they die. It has the active ingredient called Hydramethylnon. It is a great product. You will love it.

I've been having problems with fire ants every summer for the past 3 summers or so. I didn't know if I was just doing something wrong or if I was using all the wrong products. I didn't want to, but I was about to hire a professional. But they are so expensive. So I just called and this was one of the products they recommended for me. Pest Mall was really patient and easily explained the biology of fire ants and their habits and how to attack them in an effective way with Amdro and I'm happy to say that I called in.

I’m a professional exterminator, and if there are other professional exterminators reading this, then here is my advice. If your client has a fire ant infestation, use amdro pro fire ant bait. It gets the job done. Killing the queen will make the rest of the colony disappear soon enough.

I have been trying to get rid of fire ants for years. I have tried to repel them by using sprays, powders, bait traps and a lot of other things…. Just couldn’t get the results I was looking for. I came across a review recommending Amdro Pro. Now after using it, all the ants have practically disappeared. One thing you should know is that it can take up to 7-14 days to completely take down a whole colony. Best results from all the products I’ve tried.

I didn’t read the label and got the amdro pro fire ant bait drenched. Not sure if that affected anything, but I applied another layer the next day, just to be sure. Haven’t seen many ants since then.
